Not to say that i love the 100 temperatures but, i dislike it less than the tornado season we are currently in. plus, it really is the most fun time of the year. Nighttime bike rides around our new neighborhood. Plant lavender in our front window box. Tackle several décor projects in our home. Indulge in movies at the myriad.

Farewell to a great cat. We said goodbye to a beloved family member today. Kolja, our male Russian Blue cat, was euthanised this morning after succumbing to complications from feline diabetes. He would have been 13 in February. We will miss him greatly. He lived a good life and brought us much joy, so we have no regrets. Rest in peace, little buddy.
